Multiple links field filter no longer working in Content editor

Hi everyone,

We’ve been experiencing an issue over the past couple of days with the filter set on a multiple links field (the “filter records” option in field settings that restricts which records can be selected when linking).

What’s happening: The filter appears to be completely ignored in the Content section. Editors are now able to pick and link records that should not be selectable according to the configured filter. This was working correctly until a few days ago, so it seems like a recent regression.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set up a multiple links field with a filter (e.g., filtering by a specific field value or record status).

  2. Go to the Content section and open a record with that field.

  3. Click to add a linked record — records that don’t match the filter criteria are now shown and can be selected freely.

Expected behavior: Only records matching the filter should appear in the picker.

Actual behavior: All records are shown regardless of the filter configuration.

Has anyone else noticed this? Is the team aware of it? We haven’t changed our field configuration, so we suspect something changed on the platform side.

This is happening to me too. Definitely seems like a bug on our side. I’ll report it right away and let you know once it’s fixed. Sorry about that!
