Bulk schedule and release function / scheduled publishing of multiple records [Edited title]

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We are missing a schedule and release function (like in Prismic)

Describe the solution you’d like
A release allows your team to gather a collection of changes for a future version of your whole repository. The release can then publish all the changes to all the collected documents all at the same time. For instance, we advise that you create a content release for every upcoming event you might have that will affect your content. This might be an “Announcement of new shop”, “release of the iPhone 82”, etc.

Describe alternatives you’ve considered
None, go to other CMS.

+1 to adding this capability. Its nice to be able to schedule the publishing of a specific document in Dato, but it would be even better to also be able to assign multiple saved documents to a single scheduled release. And then also add a way to view any scheduled releases that you have, so you have full visibility into what content changes have been organized into releases.

+1 This feature is crucial for content teams to keep track of upcoming publications and prevent release-day panic caused by forgotten content.

Hi @damiano.desantos,

Scheduled publishing is now a standard part of DatoCMS: Scheduled publishing | Documentation — DatoCMS

We don’t yet support bulk scheduled publishing (of multiple records at the same time), but there is a workaround for that here: Bulk Scheduled Publishing in DATO CMS - #3 by roger

Would either one work for your needs?
