We donā€™t have a good built-in solution for this yet. But we do have a workaround that might help: Bulk Scheduled Publishing in DATO CMS - #3 by roger

(TLDR make a record with a multi-link field to all the other records. By way of a validation setting, this ā€œmasterā€ record can then cause all the linked-to records to also publish when it itself is published.)
