We’ve updated our Professional plan for 2026 in an effort to reduce overages: Introducing our 2026 pricing changes: more value, less problems
Primarily, we’ve worked with our upstream suppliers to bring some costs down. It’s mostly good news (5.5x more video minutes, much cheaper CDA calls), but please read the full blog post for details. If you wish to switch (optional), you can do so from your account dashboard. We expect the new plan to be a better value for most customers, especially those who experience CDA or streaming overages.
If you prefer your current plan, you can stay with it. Our system automatically grandfathers you into your existing plan until/unless you manually change to the newer version. In your dashboard, the Change Plan button will show you a side-by-side diff of your current plan vs the new one so you can easily compare.
However, there is one change that DOES affect current customers: The splitting of the formerly-combined API calls into individual CDA + CMA buckets. CDA calls will be much more affordable while CMA overage pricing will increase, even on existing plans. To partially help counteract this, we’ve increased the CMA limit by 10% across all existing plans.
Overall, we hope this will be a big net positive for most customers!
