Hello,
Currently the DatoCMS UI shows users who have made edits to records, but there is no way to know which user has clicked on the Publish/Unpublish button for a specific record.
This has been confirmed to be available in the Audit Logs, which is an enterprise-only feature (see this thread in Slack).
For us it’s been a huge problem a few times over the last few months, so much that we had to contact each of our content editors to ask who had unpublished some records…
I really think (and hope!) this should be a standard feature of DatoCMS.
