Crash when searching for articles

Issue:

• Issue: When performing a keyword search in the main article inventory, the site times out and crashes without displaying results. An error message appears (see attached image).

  This error occurs intermittently and appears unrelated to the specific user, search term, or the size of the result set. The issue affects all main users and is not browser-dependent.
