short: Seems like a bug with copy default value to all other locales, or I have misunderstood the feature.
When editing multi language text field I tried the option âCopy the English default value to all other localesâ and then hit save. It saved forever so then i pressed X, did not get a warning about unsaved changes so it all seemed fine. When viewing the page the values were not copied, all other languages but english was empty.
Whent back to schema-modelling and tried to do it all over but seems it did not recognize a change because I had to put in a new default value before I could press save. This time it did not save forever but the other languages were still empty.
Iâve hit the copy button several times and got success message but I cannot see any changes, and ofc hard reloaded the page.
(Recommended) Whatâs the URL of the record or model in question?
The one that shows up you when you first add a new locale to an existing record? Or did you try to copy it some other way?
May I please try to replicate this in your real project, either with a test locale that we add to the main environment, or in a sandbox environment if you prefer?
Alternatively, could you please make a screen recording of the error so we can better see what is going on on your side?
