The newly announced Bulk Actions for Modular Content are not showing in Focus Mode for a Structured Text field. It would be nice if it did.
Unfortunately, I think the bulk actions are currently only for modular content fields, not structured text (whether in focus mode or not) 
It could be a feature request, or else you can use drag-select or shift-arrow-keys to select multiple blocks at once inside a structured text. Then you can copy/paste/delete them as you would any other content, though there’s no easy way to expand/collapse them as a group.

Hmm, then I think the checkboxes should be hidden when in Focus Mode. See this example:
I have a block I can use in my Structured Text field, and this block has Modular Content. So the checkboxes are showing, but the Bulk Actions toolbar is not shown when in Focus Mode.
So as a user you are thinking “I can check these checkboxes but nothing happens - why?”
I am so sorry, you’re absolutely right about that! My mistake; I forgot you could embed MCF fields inside a block inside a structured text…
