When creating a new record saving content to single-line string text field, if the content contains ‘&’ this is being escaped as &
If I inspect the record in Dato and I try to manually override and change back to ‘&’ I am unable to save the record. I see the warning

This is only affecting records that have been created as of today 23 Feb 2023.
Previous records which contain ‘&’ in the field are unaffected and render as expected.
