Adding new record to a model causes a "Discard Changes" dialog to appear when doing initial save

Describe the issue:

• Open a “New Record” form on any model (that I can tell)
• Enter in some info in the form
• Click “Save”
• Dialog appears asking if I want to “Discard changes”
• Hitting cancel takes me back to the form as seems to show it as “unsaved”, but in another tab/window, you can go to the record list in the model and see the new record.
• Hitting “Yes, discard changes” button on the dialog seems to continue you on to what you would expect to see after hitting “Save”
• ONLY SEEMS TO HAPPEN: when creating a new record. Modifying existing records doesn’t cause any problems.

What’s the URL of the record or model in question?

• Seems to happen with any model. I’ve logged into my private DatoCMS account/project and I see it happening there, too.
• If you want a model in our project you can experiment with, “Page” is not currently in use anywhere.

Thanks for the update and the fix. Writers don’t seem to be experiencing this issue, anymore.
