Assets Upload Stuck "In Queue" - Only Affecting My Account

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing issues with uploading assets to DatoCMS. The uploads get stuck indefinitely in the “in queue” status. I’ve ruled out several potential causes:

  • It’s not an internet connection issue, as everything else works fine
  • It’s not related to file size, as even the smallest assets won’t upload
  • It seems to be specific to my account, as other project collaborators can upload assets successfully

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or knows how to resolve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Lets try and rule out some factors before going on with the debugging:

The network can still work normally but have some specific firewall rule that blocks uploads to one of Datos servers. So we can rule out firewalls, can you try and do the upload in a different network (in a different location, or just use a celular network for the upload instead) and see if the issue persists?

I work with @m.finamor. As he said, using a different network is often a good first troubleshooting step.

If it’s still a problem there, are you comfortable using the browser developer tools to monitor the network? Looking for any errors or failed connections there might help troubleshoot what’s going on. If you’re not sure what you’re looking at, no problem, can you please provide us a screen recording of the issue happening?
