Hello! Our company runs five different websites from the platform and today the ability to preview an article before publishing has disappeared. Where did it go and why? We need that option back to be able to proofread and edit articles before publishing them. Please help!!
Hello @kking, we didn’t remove that possibility for sure, it must be a setting change on your project or a plugin fault. Can you please share a screenshot of where you are expecting the preview and is not showing anymore?
Hi @kking welcome to the Dato community.
We have a ton of sites on Dato and can confirm that preview works across all our projects. You’re likely looking at an implementation issue or an outage at the webhook URL you’re sending your preview webhooks to. Check your Web Previews plugin settings, then inspect the network requests to those webhooks.
