What's the different between create DatoCMS model manually and automatically

Hi there,
I am a new Dato learner
I was wondering why the result is different when I create two same model by manually and by automatically

For example,
The Article model was a demo model from the official doc
and I create another model “test” which have the same field as the Article model

but when I go to the content, I get two different result

Does anybody know what’s the cause?
