Structured text blocks replacing each other when re-ordering

I’m getting weird results in re-ordering blocks in either compact/focus mode (Chrome - Mac OS). The blocks seem to sometimes replace each other. It’s not 100% consistent. It is also happening in other browsers and incognito mode. I’ve made a video of what’s happening:

Do you have any plugins applied to that field or are you using just a standard Structured text field?
