Single Block fields as reference title for slug field

Hi all!

I got excited after reading: Single Block fields now can be used as presentation title or image

Previously we used to create a “DatoCMS title field” simply to identify records. We can now remove those, but it’s still not optimal for us.

We also use the “DatoCMS title field” to pre fill our slug fields and this does not work with single blocks yet. Would it be possible to add this? This would fully eliminate the need for us to create a workaround field.

@thomas.vanleynseele FYI we’re discussing this internally, and I’ll let you know if it becomes planned work at any point.

In the meantime, though, this should be something that’s possible to implement via a pretty simple plugin. Let me know if you need help with that!
