Setting link to open in a new tab doesn’t save

Hello,

I think I have spotted a bug. Within a structured text block, if you make a link a toggle it to ‘open in a new window’ the toggle state is not saved. This post has lots of links, it fails most of the time but does work on some. Little GIF below:

Sorry for the delay @jon.heslop, we handled poorly target meta with attributes different than _blank. It should work now!
