(localization bug?) Deactivate user dialog: hardcoded pronoun

When you deactivate a user from a project, the dialog says “[…] won’t be able to log in until you re-activate him”, regardless of the gender of the user.

Maybe just a slight rewording to “[…] won’t be able to log in until an admin re-activates their account”?

In some organizations (especially in the US), people’s pronouns are considered important. If Dato doesn’t want to ask for everyone’s, maybe just make the dialogs gender-neutral?
