One of our editors got a new phone and is trying to log into dato…
She can’t login without google authenticator and can’t get the QR code to set up the google authenticator without first logging in to dato (I think you get that from your acount page).
How do we get her logged in?
Hi @jp , does she still own the old phone? If so, she can login using the QR code generated on Google Authentication installed on her old phone and then, once logged in, she should setup again the two factor authentication using her new phone.
Otherwise, can you please tell her to write us to support@datocms.com?
