genericError.INVALID_ATTRIBUTES prevent user from saving changes in a model

Hi all! I’m getting an issue similar to what I was seeing a couple of weeks ago, with a different genericError reported. I’m getting this at the top of every Question card and it’s preventing me from saving any changes (but it is also showing up with no changes made).

We’re getting a report from Content team that they’re getting this error inside a model, Question.
Do we know why the error is coming up, and how we can prevent such type of error in the future? Thanks!
