We had a UI/UX suggestion from our editorial team. Currently, when creating modular blocks we have the ability to show blocks as collapsed by default, which is great and desired for many of our modular sections. However, when creating a new block there is an extra step where the editor has to open the newly created block since it is also collapsed by default. Ideally, newly created blocks would automatically open, while existing blocks remain collapsed according to the field setting. The thought is that if a user has the direct intent to add a new block, having them immediately uncollapse the block they just created feels unnecessary.
