It would be great to be able to adjust the global file upload size limit. We get a lot of clients with a tendency to upload unnecessarily large file size media (just had someone upload a 121mb image 
), and while the ability to limit this on each individual field is good, when you have hundreds of media upload fields on a site it becomes a bit tedious setting this for every single one.
This would be especially useful considering the file storage limits on certain plans
