Fuzzy matching in Site Search

Hi! We are using the Site Search API to search the posts on our site. One problem that we are experiencing is that is require the search query to match perfectly. One example is when searching for “Zimmerman” you don’t get any matches for “Zimmermann”. It would be a great improvement if the search was a bit more flexible with the matching.

There is a fuzzy option. Don’t know if it existed when you posted this request.
