Escape a comma in Single-line string 'Accept only specified values'

Hi, is there a way to include a comma in an item in an ‘Accept only specified values’ list in a Single-line string field type?

I want to have three items:
Free, Charges apply, “Free, bookings required”

No matter what structure I’ve tried I can’t seem to escape the comma in the third item. Any hints?
