As a user, I would like to add comments when updating, saving or publishing content. Maybe my content is more long-lived and our team would like to know why changes were made, maybe it’s required for some ISO 27001 process to understand better what changes were made and why. Having the ability to add comments would be a lightweight way to accomplish this.
