For DateTime fields, I noticed that you can set the display to use either 24H time (the civilized world) or 12H time (US and a few others), per this thread.
However, some of our editors probably will never go to that settings screen. As a feature request, could this localization setting be set for an entire project, by its admins? Perhaps the user setting could inherit the project defaults unless overridden by a specific user?
